Mould schedule After client confirmed the order and did the advance payment, we shall send mold schedule to client to know the rouch trial time: 1. Send part drawing to client to confirm 2. Send mold drawing to confirm after part drawing is done. 3. Mold drawing release once it鈥檚 confirmed. 4. Purchase mould steel, standard spare parts, like ejector pins, guide pins,springs,return pins,screws,wear plates,straight lock,height adjust plates etc. 5. Do CNC machining, such as CNC rough machining,CNC precision engraving machining,EDM machining,wire-cutting machining,depth drilling machining锛宭athing machining, will do necessary ways per different moulds. 6.
